The plot is EXTREMELY predictable and boring. However what pushed me to dnf, was this god awful narration by Alex Kydd. I couldn’t take his mono tone, surfer boy/bully voice that was going on. Like what is happening here?!
I purchased this series a while ago after confusing it for another one but still looked forward to starting it eventually. Eventually arrived and I binge listened on Audible over a few days. I wasn’t thrilled with the narration but the story was fantastic.
I loved everything about this series, it was so intriguing. Every aspect of their powers and how they worked, the alternate social universe and structure. It was really neat, simply put. There were plenty of gasps and laughs all throughout the book and although I’d have seen different ends for some of the characters I think they were all wrapped up beautifully.
I’m looking forward to my next Hercules series!

AHHHHHHH. I was hooked, couldn’t put the book down Lmao I didn’t realize this was reverse harem until like half way through but the plot is on point and the characters are very likeable.

One of the better bully romances I've read. As someone not normally a fan of bully romance, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. While there is an aspect of bullying, it never crossed my that's too far threshold. Therefore, when the FMC starts developing feelings, I am not opposed. The aspects of mystery in the book also really draw you in and make you want to see where it goes.
