This tried to be deep, but ended up just being cheesy. I liked the characters, but the friend group — which I usually love — was too over the top and the constant confessions and unloading of feelings made this book drag.

My favorite of the Agitator series!! I’ve been waiting forever for Halsey’s story and it was everything I wanted and more.
“Halsey Holmes is a dirty talker.” It’s not surprise our quiet, shy, broody, sad sexy beast of a hockey player is also a beast in the bedroom. Ooof was I getting hot and bothered during the spicy scenes.
Case in point: “Oh my God, why do I like that?” “Because you’re my good girl who likes to be punished.”
