INFINITE STARS. Don’t go into it just thinking a romance story. It is in its own way, but it’s realistic, it’s raw, and it’s so complex. Every move and action from these characters is a direct reaction from their life before meeting each other.

It’s GENIUS. And a bit painful.

Enjoyed the story, not my favorite by Jessa though. It feels like a Magnolia and BJ wanna be story. Don’t get me wrong love the messy drama. But it didn’t feel special or different. Only big complaint is that Joah’s POV is hard to get through. Not sure if it’s because of the way he speaks or if it feels like he’s just repeating himself constantly. Probably both.  I’ll continue the series but am more excited about continuing Daisy’s books.

Tortured rockstar romances always get me. Love the stream of consciousness writing style and London party vibes

This one was tough for me. I love Jessa Hastings’ style, but I didn’t enjoy most parts of this book. It felt like a copy-and-paste version of B.J. and Magnolia (from the Magnolia Parks series) but not as likable and with less chemistry. The insta-love felt rushed and unbelievable, and while I usually love messy drama, here it all felt forced.

I did love the premise-a musician and a model navigating love and fame in the '90s but I wish the execution had landed differently. If you're a fan of Jessa Hastings’ previous work, you might still enjoy this one.
