I still enjoyed the story, but there were a few plot holes. Not enough hints were dropped so the plot twist came out of nowhere, and the battle is very sudden.

The Quick and Dirty: The trials continue, identities are revealed, unlikely alliances made and some serious truth bombs dropped. Oh, and get ready to chuck your phone/reader across the room. The cliffhanger is E P I C. 🤯

I'm going to keep this short because I don't want to leak ANYTHING. You need to experience this one knowing nothing other than that Zan isn't dead. Beyond that, I am SOOOOO excited to see how Tate James wraps this up. Even those of us who have loved her from the very first Kit Davenport book 🦊🙋🏻‍♀️ are likely to have a moment of trepidation about how she's going to bring Rybet and her boys back together. Having read her other series, I have faith she's going to give us what we want, but be aware that your faith in her will truly be tested by the end of this book. The cliffhanger is a real doozy!
