An easy to read romantic suspense— I enjoyed the writing from the start. I found around midway that the story was dragging a tad and the “twist” didn’t shock and awe me like I hoped with a build up from chapter 1. A dual POV, peppy & happy FMC and broody, quiet and protective MMC.
