Got to the start of chapter 2. Knew I needed a lot more time to commit to this one.

The information is fine, tons of meditation types and other aspects of eastern medicine and philosophy. The two stars come from the presentation style. The whole book felt like an ad for his meditations (which are good!) but I feel strongly that books should not then reference another product the author sells. The science is a bit iffy and the book is longer than necessary.

I am not sure how completely I can/should/want to surrender to the information presented but it seems to be legit and is a whole different way of looking at reality.
I do the meditations and they do seem to make life better, but I am not sure how I want to incorporate this whole thing into my perspective of the world? Something like that.
Nevertheless, very very interesting and science backed "energetics", the glands being the chakras? Good explanations, and linking it to biology makes it very much more real, also the biophotons and it explaining the emptiness of atoms etc.
