I was expecting some heavy spice. I mean, look at the cover and the title. But color me incredibly surprised when there was a truly great story as well! It was heartfelt and dealt with some real issues, and I just adored all the characters. Jade brought this story to life so well.

I'd be lying if I said Katie's story didn't hit a lil too close to home (daddy issues iykyk) and that I didn't shed a few tears over it lol. Overall, this book was pretty good with some AMAZING smut. I'm not a huge fan of MM in romance novels, but I don't hate it either - I guess I'm neutral about it. So if you're looking for a moderately fast paced romance with MM/MFM with some thigh clenching smut, this is the book for you! I really enjoyed my first Jade West read and look forward to reading more of her work

I really enjoyed this book, I loved Carl, loved Rick and Katie was good too. I loved the added drama in and hers and carls relationship growing.
Only thing was I wasn’t a fan of the lack of Karma on the dad’s side. That’s what knocked it down
