i loved this book was fast passed interesting and a page turner and i loved the concept

it beautifully described friendship and how messy and chaotic real life is and i loved the fact the ending wasn’t romantic it felt like the right choice and made the actions of both charters feel so much more wholesome and pure hearted and made the charters fell real not like a book trope

captures fan culture well really good

Loved. Reading YA books with realistically written queer representation and diverse characters as a queer adult fills a void in my soul that I didn’t know I had. It’s so beautiful knowing that younger generations will have what I didn’t have growing up even just ten years ago. Heartstopper and I Was Born for This just make my heart feel so full. 10/10 would recommend this sweet, beautifully done book.

Half star off b/c I found the end a little unsatisfying. I wish there was a "one year later" epilogue, these poor kids have waaaay more baggage then what can be resolved in a week.
