I listened to the audiobook because it is narrated by Lana Del Rey, but I didn't love her narration style. I think I would've preferred reading this poetry written down.
Overall, she's clearly a good writer, but (much like her music) it just doesn't quite resonate with me.

and for that reason, i think this collection is absolutely gorgeous -- especially when listening to it. it's so simple yet so beautiful, like her music. i found it incredibly relaxing to listen to; it would be the perfect thing to listen to on a summer afternoon, journaling, or meditating, or crying[?]. note that this could possibly be heavily biased bc i absolutely love lana, but nonetheless gorgeous, stunning, beautiful!
