I love friends to lovers but here low key didn't work because conflict was dumb and sister was unnecessary, still Tanner and Sydney are cute.

Was expecting more from this book since I really like the friends to lovers trope. Was also kinda looking forward to it since I love Shaw from the first book. Overall, still was a very entertaining read.

Warm my heart with this best friends to lovers story.  It gave me all the fuzzy feelings. This book was perfection!!

Just when I thought we were done with the "White House" boys, we are back and better than ever!! Tanner and Sydney are absolutely the most adorable couple Rebecca Jenshak has written to date.

I don't know if this story is so wonderful because this relationship has had time to brew and bake properly or if Tanner and Sydney, in particular, just clicked off every single box on the YES, YES, YES couple goal list, but The Pass was amazing from the very first page until the very last one.

Tanner and Sydney had 100% chemistry, 100% friendship, and 100% everything clicking storyline wise. The words seemed to flow off the page and their rhythm was pure magic. The Pass, right here, is a reason why I love reading Rebecca's books, it was effortless.

From the first time Tanner and Sydney met they were instantly attracted to one another, but due to a miscommunication, they each friendzoned the other. Here we are two years later and while their friendship is stronger than ever, they are at a crossroads where they ask the question; what if they could be more? What would have happened if they had crossed that friendship line two years prior? What if, what if, what if?

Spending the summer together they ask one another these questions, taking a look inside pandora's box, but what happens when you cross the friendzone line? Once you unpack the box, things never go back in that box quite the same so are they ready?

Join these two friends on their journey and enjoy this amazing ride.

Honestly, could Tanner and Sydney be any more perfect for one another?! The answer is obviously no. These two are serious friendship AND couple goals.

The Pass, the fifth book in the fabulous Smart Jocks series by Rebecca Jenshak, is new adult, friends to lovers, second chance yumminess. I loved this book!! The banter, the camaraderie, the heat factor, it all worked so effortlessly. The Pass is the kind of book that makes you feel good while reading and leaves you with the biggest smile after. I was in a pretty bad slump prior to reading this. Mostly because I had read too many emotionally draining books beforehand. This book is the perfect palate cleanser. You'll laugh. You'll swoon. You won't want to put it down. Prepare to fall hopelessly in love with both Sydney and Tanner.

The Smart Jocks series is one of my all time new adult favorites. Book by book, it just gets better and better. The Pass is such a fantastic addition.

Tanner and Sydney are interesting, relatable, fun, entertaining, intriguing characters. It was fun getting to read their romance, especially as we’ve seen Tanner in each of the previous books in the series. I was hoping for more from their romance than we got. I love that Joel, Nathan and Wes all made appearances. The various secondary characters added to the fabric of the story.

I listened to the audio version of the story and it was ok.

Tanner and Sydney will give you all the warm fuzzies!
Friends to lovers is one of my favourite tropes, and this one was delightful.
It was low drama, heavy on the steam and had banter that made me laugh.

Fun and flirty, this easy to read book was an absolute pleasure to read.
