è una lettura interessante che fa un uno buono del flusso di informazioni e dei pov multipli.
Ci sono almeno tre o quattro rivelazioni importanti disseminate nel romanzo che mantengono vivo l'interesse. Però trovo che abbia dei problemi di rappresentazione strumentale di alcune condizioni psicologiche già molto spettacolarizzate.
Negli ultimi dieci capitoli viene meno tutto il mordente. Mi è sembrato che l'autrice volesse solo mettere i puntini sulle i e assicurare al lettore il lieto fine.

I spent about two thirds of this book thinking it was obvious what was happening. Y'ALL. The way this book unraveled had me shocked the whole time lol.
Ugh. I hate DID stories. I regret that I didn’t figure it out earlier.
I never knew what to expect next with this book! The ending is both greatly satisfying in the way it all comes together, and greatly unsatisfying for the neighbor lady (whose name I now forget).
Well that was...something! Read it in two days...I had no idea wtf was going on for most of the book but could not stop reading. Go into this one blind.

I'm an outlier, but I think the ending of this book gets really muddled and a little boring. I liked the unknown of the beginning. I would definitely recommend reading a physical copy over the audiobook.
