This novella did what I needed it to do to convince me to read the Cocky Kingsman series.
It was fast-pace, steamy and funny. Also I'm a sucker for a snow storm.
My only issue with this novel is the use of the term "Heroin Chic". Maybe it's just me however there are other ways to talk about the issue of plus models "not being trendy" and criticize straight size models and how they are used and abusive just as plus size models are.

This was short, sweet and steamy. I truly loved reading the short story of how Bridger and April (aka the parents of the Kingsman clan) came to be. Honestly would read a whole novel based around them.

• BEAR NAKED WITH A BEARDED BALLER•
There is nothing I love more than a short snappy read to get me into the zone! This one ticked all those boxes for me and I'm so glad I read it.
It has one of my favourite tropes GRUMPY X SUNSHINE. You simply cannot beat a man who's grumpy and wants to fight the world but turns into a squidgy marshmallow for that one special person.
It was short, simple and to the point. There was no faffing around. It was sweet, heartwarming, full of spice and cheesy cliches - but I was here for it!

This review is for “Bear Naked with the Bearded Baller”, one of the stories in the Chasing Holiday Tail anthology. I was fortunate to have peen provided an ARC of “Bear Naked with the Bearded Baller”, a steamy love-at-first-sight prequel to the Cocky Kingmans'.
I loved this little story. It gave me all the happy feels and was a good pick me up. I was giggling and kicking my feet! I was feeling the insta lust between Bridger and April, and didn’t mind that it became insta love because their connection just felt right.

This is a contemporary rom-com with flirty banter, laugh out loud moments, and heat heat heat. I want my own Bridger and pupper named Bear now 🥹. I can’t wait to read the rest of this anthology!

This was my first novella and I wasn’t sure on what to expect apart from a short story, I was pleasantly surprised with what I received. There’s nothing better than a grumpy x sunshine trope, especially when the grumpy man is a softie for one person and one person only.
While the story was short, there was plenty of chemistry between April and Bridger. I believe in soulmates and I do believe they are meant to be. They fit one another perfectly and compliment each other wonderfully.
While there were some moments where I found things cringey (a certain nickname along with how April was spoke about sexually), I did enjoy this story massively and can’t wait to read the story that it is a prequel to!

This is my first book of Amy Award, and I’m going to go buy her other book: The C*ck Down the Block! Right now! That’s how good this short is! It was fast paced, cute, funny and hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 the perfect combo rom com for me!
I almost wished April and Bridger’s story is longer! Because i want more!
