The Night Guest is a slow burning, atmospheric horror that quietly builds dread until it completely unravels. What starts as a story about illness and isolation turns into something much darker, strange, unsettling, and deeply psychological.
It’s one of those books where you’re never quite sure what’s real, but you can feel something shifting the entire time. Creepy in all the right ways, with an ending that lingers long after you’re done.
Not for everyone, but if you like quiet horror with a surreal edge, it’s worth the spiral.

This was gripping and easy to read however I was just not satisfied with the ending lmfao. I can infer what all happened but it’s better to just KNOW. You know? The writing was awesome, the storytelling was really good I just wanted a bit more.

Very short, very disturbing. There are chapters that are like 1-5 sentences long (some even feel like diary entries but aren't?) and it's terrifying. It forces you to flip through the chapters quickly and adds to the sense of urgency.
