This is a very short book that hooks you. Iounn knows that something is wrong with her. She is going to sleep each night and wakes up covered in bruises. Sometimes she has blood on her and no memory of what happened. After visiting a doctor that wants to help but does not have answers Iounn sets out to figure out what is going on. She decides to get a fitness tracker to see how her sleep is affected and to ensure that she is active during the day. What comes of this, she is not in the least expecting.

I love a good psychological horror, & this book was just that...good, but not great. Iðunn is plagued by constant exhaustion & fatigue despite supposedly sleeping every night. She soon discovers that she has been sleepwalking, with terrible consequences. The book builds dread & fear brilliantly, but then it falls off a cliff. I was SO disappointed with the ending & was so hoping that it was not just psychological, but indeed a paranormal horror, after all. It's a great book to finish in a single sitting though (it took me less than 3 hours to finish).
