This was a great addition to this series. I loved the main character and her growth throughout the series. The audiobook narrator did an awesome job, as usual, and the writing was really thought out. I loved the descriptions of everything and felt like I was there right with Flavia. Overall, a very enjoyable book!

I have read all the books in the Flavia de Luce series, and I enjoy them; however, although there is an attempt to move the characters on in time, the stories have tended to be much of the same over and over. The last few have taken a turn definitely to the much darker. I'd probably read another one, but I certainly don't buy them any more.
