The average rating I have each story was around ~3.84
I am marking as 3 stars though just because I really don't feel like any of them were that memorable. It was sweet, and some are moving, but overall it was just okay.

A good collection of the essays of love story. The eager for being loved, cared, or even paid attention to is creeping all over the book.

hopeful reflective slow-paced
My obsession with this show last fall led me to pick up this book while in DC a few weeks later. I absolutely love the show. I've listened to the podcast some and it's meh. This book was meh for me as well. I think I was hoping for only romantic love stories, but this covers so many other types of loves - within families, etc. I think the premise is super cool all around, it just wasn't quite what I was looking for in the moment. I do love that all these unique stories are documented - a good read for feeling connected to people.
