Fun, fast read! Really enjoyed this duology. I think there is more to be read in this world. I would love to know more about Alosa getting to know her siren sisters

Leveseller invites readers back onto the high seas for another swashbuckling (get ready for the pirate puns) adventure with the capable and cunning Alosa. This sequel promises action, magic, and the thrill of a treasure hunt, delivering on many fronts but leaving a few things unfulfilled.
Returning to Alosa's world was fun, and the story unfolds with plenty of exciting moments, from epic fights to surprising reveals that keep readers hooked. One of my favorite parts was getting to know the crew more. The side characters added depth to the narrative, and sailing alongside Alosa's crew feels like joining an adventurous family.
What I loved:
1. Alosa journey of self-discovery ⚔️
2. The crew ⚓
3. The action scenes (especially on the first island they stopped at

This sequel was everything I wanted it to be and more. I was so surprised when Alosa found her mother and I loved how she just loves her daughter and doesn't have ulterior motive like Kalligan did. Riden and Alosa were once again very cute together and I really liked how they're relationship developed throughout both books. I did get annoyed with Alosa sometimes, but not enough to make me love this series less. I had a wonderful time reading! Also, when Roslyn got hurt? I was done. For a second I thought she was dead and was so ready to put the book down. She is to cute to die. I'd also like to mention our goodest boy Kearan who got sober and fit because he likes Sorinda. It isn't said he did it because of her but we all know the men is weak for her
