Cassie's first book brings us Ax at the bottom of the ocean, Marco being the first of the Animorphs to get severely injured in a fight, and a really compelling scene between Cassie and Marco that I wish would've happened more often throughout the series.

The first Cassie narrated book! I love Cassie and her sweet, considerate, pacifistic nature.

The dolphin morph is so. much. fun. and the reveal of what's been calling to them from the ocean!!!

Anyway, I'd like to be a dolphin and get to have a mindmeld with a whale like Cassie does. That'd be cool.
