I don't think I was breathing at all while reading this.
This is such a good thriller, better than I expected. Vee's character definetly improved thanks to everything that hapenned to her but it's kind of hard to believe the romance. I wish her relationship with Ian would have been more detailed since I loved their scenes.
Btw, what the hell with the ending?? You can't give me a standalone and then end it with a open finale, like what??? I wanted to know more!!
Oh well, guess that's why conspiracy theories are for.
One last thing: it really frightens me the fact that what the book shows is right. We could all do anything to get what we wanted and we wouldn't do anything if someone else suffered the consequences of it. Everybody just cares to film what's going on just to have the best video ever and get the propaganda they want. It's truly disgusting how fucked up the world is right now to the point to care more about a phone than a real person and I'm glad this book showed that.
Now I can't wait to see the movie, even though I know it will be very different from the book

It started off great, I ignored the atrocious instalove and enjoyed the story until the finale challenge part of the story.
The ending completely sucked.
The ending completely sucked.
This book was a disappointment, to say the least.
The plot itself was very promising and really intrigued me. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of characters, etc, but I feel that having any hopes would be too high.
Character development was almost non-existent. They all seemed to blend into one, with the only differences being: some characters we knew too much about, some too little. “Vee” became increasingly annoying after a few pages, along with all of the others. Don’t even get me started on her ridiculous “it’s because I’m a Capricorn!” mantra that she kept repeating.
The ending wasn’t really a twist and I expected more from it. The overall story was lack-luster and I felt like giving up a few times when it got progressively worse and worse.
My advice? Watch the movie and completely skip the book.

This was definitely YA, but so interesting! Reminded me a little of the Saw movies, but not so dramatic.

Didn’t like this at all, poor storyline (there’s a prologue which doesn’t even make sense…)
Boring in all honesty, read it over 2 days just to finish it really.
