This book is absolutely neurotic. Hutson has done an amazing job writing a truly insane character who has formed a trauma bond with “Three’s Company” after a horrifying event that happened to her. The writing style is immaculate. The entire story was very isolating, and there a few parts I am still a bit unsure of exactly what happened, but I really enjoyed this. The characters of Rita and Krystal were such interesting additions to the story, and I actually liked the ending a lot. Overall a good book that I would recommend for those who like to read about crazy and unique characters!!

Try reading this a little stoned and the delusions make sense. Delightful.

this is quite possibly the most infuriating main character i’ve ever read about but something about the writing and the story was so compulsively readable. reading this is like watching a slow-moving train wreck and i can’t seem to look away. but overall i do think the message holds firm, a story about the destruction it brings when you repress and escape from trauma and grief rather than going through the motions to move on
