I read these books for the first (and only) time over 10 years ago and let me tell you I forgot how long the whole {spoiler for book three:}sibling thing went on for🥲 I thought it was like a few chapters but omg, this is incredibly weird.
What I liked: Magnus!! One of the best characters ever. Luke!! Loooove. Simon deserves better:)
What I disliked: It was very painfully clear in this book that they’re all teenagers because they acted so irrationally. In the middle of a fight? No problem, let’s just ignore the imminent danger and run over to my brother to chat with him😛
Also, no one is ever listening, they’re so impatient, oh my God. I obviously know what’s going to happen but I feel like all of the clues in this book and the things people were saying (before conveniently being interrupted every time) were very obvious😫
Anyway, glad this is over, not terrible, a few important things for the overall plot happen in this book, but there’s loads of better books in this universe.
