Lost it near the end because I knew everything would end the way I hoped. The predictability made it slightly boring but it is a nice goof feel good romance book. It makes me want to buy a book van and go to schotland.

Ainslee's story line was nice and suprisingly intrigueing.

This was a nice, fun read. There were times when Nina was a bit much, but there were also times I really related to her. If you're looking for a soft, cozy read it's a good choice. I have a personal aversion to food being described in books so I didn't like that, but if that's cozy for you, you'll like this even more.

Aside from making me want to jump on a plane and head for Scotland, I have to say I just love the characters in this novel! Nina is a bookworm just like me so perhaps that is why I love reading her story. And then there are so many other really well drawn characters in addition! This is my second novel by Colgan. It surely won’t be my last!

Kinda meh,
Nina was a wee bit boring but I loved the idea of the bookshop and her moving to Scotland! Then once she got there the story ventures off into a weird romance that was highly predictable and boring...
Lennox was a very lame character... and it just didn’t feel like there was really a plot line.
My favorite character was Parsley the dog
