I already read "The Happy Prince" and "The Nightingale and the Rose" in The Snow Queen and Other Winter Tales. "The Happy Prince" is my favorite. I also liked "The Remarkable Rocket," which I think was the most humorous. "The Devoted Friend" was also perfectly ironic.

I definitely recommend reading Wilde's fairy tales, if you're looking for something after reading the obligatory "Dorian Gray" and "Importance of Being Earnest". A less sarcastic, dramatic reading that shows off the tenderness in Wilde's writings.

This is such a great collection of short tales. It teaches a lot of things and tells of great morals. I think what I liked the best is The Nightingale and Rose. It is just so sad and heart-breaking.
