This book is a bit dark but ultimately, very sweet. I really liked the protagonist and her growth. Also, the trigger warnings are not about the romance in the book - it's a green flag romance.

i love the idea but i feel like this could have benefited from another round of story editing. i liked the characters well enough but didnt connect with them. the whole “go away” theme didnt make a lot of sense and opal kept contradicting herself. i didnt really get it tbh. the whole thing was kind of disjointed and could use some cleaning up.
