This really fell flat for me! And Devil in Winter is one of my favorite historicals, so I expected to enjoy this more because of the connection. The book had almost no real tension.

another case of Lisa Kleypas giving me everything I want from a book. we've had West around since book 1 and he's grown so much. add an adorable cat to the mix, a few cameos by my favorite ex-st-vincent and i'm a satisfied reader.
