I absolutely LOVED this book!

West is such a changed man from how he started a few books ago! He's entirely dependable, a hard worker, and humble with a dry wit that I adore.

Phoebe is a young widow and she is just lovely; so caring and tender and the relationship with her twos boys is very real and tender. West sees this and it touches him, yet at the same time, when he is playing with Phoebe's two young boys, she sees how tender and wonderful he is with them. It's a win-win situation, or is it? Because West has some hang-ups that he needs to get through/over. I loved how Phoebe knew she would never be happy with anyone but West and she was just not giving up!

There were two reasons I knocked it down an entire star. The very abrupt ending and no epilogue!! This story most definitely needed some loose endings that were important, tidied up!

Loved it. One of my favourite books by Lisa Kleypas. I liked that Phoebe could fall in love with West and still think highly of her first husband even though they are so very different. The interactions between Julian and West were my absolute favourites.

Surprisingly good. It was the first book I read of the series. I might be tempted to check out the other books since I found West and Phoebe's story very engaging. A bit of a struck-at-first sight but their connection was shown to grow over time.

I loved this book. I loved Sebastian and Evie’s Story in the Wallflower series and this book is about their daughter. We get to see how the Wallflowers are a great scene in the book. Also the love scene between Sebastian and Evie was sweet. I loved Phoebe and West. I have been waiting on West’s story for a while. This book was about self discovery. The love story was romantic and passionate. I loved West’s interaction with Phoebe’s sons, so sweet! A great read!

I can't honestly say that I cared for the main couple of this book, I wasn't very much into their characters even before this book, and I read it mostly because Gabriel/Pandora, who are actually my otp. So, I read it knewing it wouldn't be for me, but I think others might like it.
