DNFed at 50%. This was just not good. One star for Jacob Morgan’s narration skills.

What I Liked: This was a really sweet read. There’s a really fun, sexy plot at the heart of this book and I really liked both main characters, Frankie and Jay. Frankie was such a breath of fresh air, a real ray of sunshine - or rainbow, to use her nickname from the book. Jay was also really lovely - he was so sweet and nice whilst still having that cocky edge. I loved that he was willing to learn, too. Their relationship was really lovely - there were some really sweet, funny moments, but there was also a good amount of heat in this. The sex scenes were well-written. I loved the level of communication - the level of detail, the proper discussions and honesty around everything, worked really well for me.
What I Didn’t: I thought some of the writing was a bit clipped and stilted, and the book began to feel very rushed towards the end. I felt like some of the emotional conflict at the end felt out of place and it didn’t really work for me. I also would have liked to see some more of Jay’s ‘lessons’ - I felt like this aspect of the novel got lost a little bit as it went on which disappointed me as I thought these were some of the stronger elements in the first half.
Overall: I enjoyed reading this. There were a lot of lovely and sweet moments in this generally fun book, and it had two main characters that I absolutely adored. I wasn’t crazy about some of the plot choices later on and I thought some of the pacing wasn’t great, but it was a nice book and I’m glad I read it.
Would I Recommend It?: Yes, if you want a fun and light romance with a friends-with-benefits-to-lovers couple, disability rep, and some light BDSM elements.
Would I Read Something By The Author Again?: Yes.

This was my first spicy book that wasn't a fantasy and I went in without reading the summary or anything about it other than knowing it was spicy to some degree. That being said, I really liked this book! The beginning had me hooked and then I never really felt bored. It felt realistic. I liked the friends and how they supported but were skeptical. I liked the growth. I lovedddd the representation too because I've never read a book where the MC is in a wheelchair and I found myself forgetting sometimes because it's so well written here. It's not shoved in your face everywhere. Jay was frustrating at times but overall he was OK. I gave it 5 stars cause I really couldn't find anything wrong with the book or story. It was a good intro into spice for me that wasn't fantasy

Disability + divergent sexual practices, unpacking trauma from past relationships, figuring out that you are not your past. A fun listen.

Loved this as a quick read. I would 100% sign up for Jay Wood’s class.
