Would it be possible for the universe to drop my very own Harrison Cole as my neighbor? Seriously though, all of the character development was great…and we all need a Harrison in our lives.
Definitely going on my read again shelf.

2.5 stars rounded up!!!
So I know this book is supposed to be considered spicy, but I'd say that this is actually fairly mild on the spice scale. I wish we could have seen more depth of a relationship between the FML, ML, and the royals—to see them closer and more familiar.
And then, for the rushed ending. I wanted to see them together, see how they stayed together. Those were interesting obstacles but they were just tied up neatly in the epilogue. Too much off-page resolution.
There are heavier topics mixed in with the story and I like that it was part of the discussion since anxiety and other things are more normal than not. Upon finishing the book, I was left feeling meh about it.
