Me ha gustado, aunque el ritmo es algo irregular y a veces le veía las costuras. Pero la ambientación me ha parecido muy interesante, sobre todo cuando empieza a retorcer los clichés de la que parte.

(Тримайте в голові, що це доволі простий сюжет. І що «Полонений принц» для мене кращий.) Маємо обраного хлопця зі складним дитинством, боротьбу світла з пітьмою та магію.
Але щоб мене, я була захоплена і вголос видавала емоції під час читання! Якщо колись надвечір почули далекий крик книжкового відчаю, так то я закінчила цю книгу, і остання фраза була шикарною. Мені дуже потрібне продовження! Фанатські звуки!
А ще… ну знаєте, та сцена з рогом однорога була хвилюючою.~

underwhelming and predictable. I will say, even though I saw the plot twist from a mile a way, it was still very rewarding, on what was otherwise a very clunky book that clearly needed better workshopping. will I be reading the sequel? …perhaps.

everyone in this book is so damn SNEAKY. i fear that the next book will be one big misunderstanding trope as will tries to explain to everyone that he is (unfortunately) the dark king
