The first and last chapters were my favourite. The 80s and 90s was a lot of repetition from the sitcom. The 00s had too much cursing for me. But the Teens was fresh and funny. Lots of white space on the pages so a quicker read than I was expecting.

Really more of his stand-up act in book form, which loses some context of not seeing him on stage. Moreover, just listed jokes doesn’t read as funny as hearing them delivered. The earlier stuff was also rehashed or had been used in shows or the Seinfeld series so again was not as funny the second time around, but I always love something from Seinfeld regardless.

So funny, he’s so funny! I listened as Jerry Seinfeld did stand up comedy for me for 6 hours. I laughed pretty much the whole time.

This is not a memoir, it’s Jerry’s stand up comedy stuff from the 1970s until now. If you have a chance to read/listen to this one, don’t miss it! You will not regret reading this book!

listened on a car trip. It is read by Seinfeld. It less a book and more just a collections of his jokes and bits over the years. It was only 5 hours and I am sure that hearing him "read" his bits was much better than reading them myself. You were able to hear his inflections and timing. It is really like a 5 hour comedy show of just Seinfeld. It is a little interesting to hear how his jokes and observations change throughout the years. Toward the end even though I was laughing, especially after he had a wife and kids, he almost sounded like a mean old man. some of my favorite jokes were about parents angry at their children and doing the "shout whisper", WWF and pitching the idea of WWF, TSA agents, and the things that we ate as children mainly about breakfast cereal and pop tarts.

I took Jerry's audiobook along in the car. Laugh-out-loud funny, esp. for my husband. If you have
to drive along a boring route, nothing's better than having Seinfeld's stand-up jokes coming at
you to make time fly.

If you appreciate the Seinfeld TV Show, you'll enjoy this book. It's basically different/fuller or more developed iterations of many of the best jokes that were on the TV show. There's also a lot more from Jerry's stand-up routines. They're broken down by decade so it's interesting to see the development of his comedy.

If you’ve watched Seinfeld and his standup specials, there’s almost nothing new in this book. Some jokes were fun to revisit, but his constantly griping, negative tone gets old and grating.
