I smile. “Do you wanna hear a secret? I probably would have done more than suck you into oblivion last night if you haven’t been so crass about it. I guess you’ll never know what it fee—”

Oliver crashes his lips against mine, cutting off my reply. His hand cups the back of my head, his fingers curl around my hair, keeping me in place as he literally devours my mouth. And I let him. Not only do I let him, but I join the feast because this is the best fucking kiss ever.

This part right here was everything! I've come across Catch You somewhere, somehow and since than I've become a HUGE fan of M.H. and expecialy this series. I couldn't wait for Saylor's and Oliver's story and althought I would love for them to get their HEA, I'm so happy I get to have them again in Wreck of the Day (btw, I'm loving that cover).

I am really FLOVING this book and this series!

I loved this book. No question Saylor and Oliver have been my favorite characters in the Love Me I'm Famous series. I'm about to start part 2 of their story. Definitely be prepared it's a two part story but well worth it so you can get their whole story.

Sugar We're Going Down

I tried very hard to dislike Oliver from the start but I don't think it can be done. The tension between the two of them is palpable. We come to know the why's in regards to Saylor but not Ollie. I want to know why he says "he isn't a good person." Why doesn't he deserve to be happy?

Looking forward to Wreck of the Day in June!

Talk about a steamy romance with big issues being dealt with from both characters. I couldn't put it down after the dark twist of the past from Saylor, that got me shocked. If you love new adult contemporary romance was a bit of serious twists of unexpected real life issues, give this one a try. You won't regret it. Can't wait to read more of Saylor and Oliver's story.

Eee! What's not to love about a rock-star romance! I don't know what to do with myself right now. This cheered me up, after having a terrible weekend. I really want to know the rest of the story, I know there is more! So gimmee!

So guys… see that warning at the end of the blurb? Yeah… it wasn’t a part of Netgalley blurb, which means that I thought this book could be read as a standalone, only to understand almost at the end that NOPE. In fact, Oliver and Saylor’s story will be told in THREE PARTS! Yeah… 3! I have to admit that it didn’t make me love the book more.

While I haven’t read the first book in this series, I did read the novella, Catch You, and I had quite enjoyed the writing, so I was super disappointed that the writing on this novel just didn’t work for me. At all! I felt it was to curt and direct, and it somehow didn’t go that well with the story itself. I just really couldn’t connect with it.

Then there’s the characters. I have to say that I was intrigued by Oliver and Saylor. Clearly they both had some pretty messed up pasts and presents, and there’s more to both of them than meets the eye at first, but while I think the book did a good job letting us get to know Saylor, it just didn’t work on the same level with Oliver. I was intrigued by him, but after the whole book I couldn’t tell you WHO he was.

The plot though, kept me hooked, and more than anything that’s what’s making me want to read the sequels. Because these two characters have chemistry, even if I think that they aren’t completely “whole” yet, and the plot is very interesting and I kind of need to know what will happen next.

So, would I recommend it? Yeah, maybe, but it’s tough to tell without actually knowing the whole story. I don’t mind several books about a single couple, but what I don’t like is feeling like something is being kept from me the whole freaking book. I seriously can’t deal well with that.

With that said, read it if you’re interested. Or if you like me and don’t like the “incomplete” feeling that this book left me with, maybe just wait for the sequels to come out? That’s what I would have done, had I known…

This review is based on an ARC I received via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts on this book are my own.

I was not a big fan of this book, it all felt a little rushed and forced to me, when I had requested this book I didn’t realize it was the second in a series, I figured it was like the other New Adult “series” I have read where they are technically companion novels and you didn’t have to read the other books to understand what was happening to this book, that was my fault not the authors fault but I was really lost for a while. I also didn’t really like Oliver’s character. I did however like Saylor’s character as I felt she was well flushed out.

I give this book a 2 out of 5 stars.
