Incredible.

If you’re a fan of Sinéad, you’ve gotta read this. It does not disappoint with the rawness and vulnerability.

In the beginning of this book, she writes that she’s going to keep a journal going forward so she can properly remember things for her next book. It is deeply disheartening that we won’t get that book.
Loved this novel, so interesting, I couldn’t stop. She covered all of the controversial points in her life/career through her point of view. RIP

This is like two books put together, the book starts off really strong and tells the story of O'Connor's life with so much vulnerability. At about 60% in (and around the SNL/Pope stuff) the book gets very superficial and digs into the stories of just about each of her songs. She goes into detail about things that aren't super interesting and it feels like a way to fill pages and finish the book.

Definitely my fav celebrity memoir. I love Sinead’s voice and how herself she is. Reminded me a lot of The Glass Castle- so authentic and funny and sad. Thank you Sinead❣️
