The author touches on ways climate change is taking its toll on different countries, peoples, and cultures which I have never even thought of before. The use of intersectionality within environmental justice specifically in regards to race, gender, disability, and the qtbipoc community around the world.

was not familiar with the term intersectionality so this was a good introduction to the concept and its connection to environmentalism. lots of resources to look into later as well. great to see young advocates for change but the reality of the extent of environmental and social injustice is still heavy and shocking ....
