„No matter how scared we become, we must be vigilant in our efforts around environmental protection. We can no langer afford to wait for other saviors. […] If not us, why? We can no longer ask the question of who.“

Although this book covers some challenging (and very important) topics, it was written in a hopeful and inspiring tone. I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook.

Incredibly well-written; a great starting point for all environmentalists (and people) to understand the necessity of diverse viewpoints in all types of movements (social, environmental, and beyond).

Great resource and a wonderful starting point for individuals who are familiar with the intersection of environmentalism and social justice. Only ranked a three instead of four. I thought some parts were a little repetitive, but I think that might’ve just been something that could’ve been tweaked with editing! I hope this gets into the hands of every high school student.
