Very important, good introduction, good reference to have to find other resources to start my education. Purchased a copy to keep in my home collection before even finishing the audio book. Wish it went into things a little deeper but I’m glad I picked it up. Quick read! Kind of depressing with the statistics at times but also hopeful.
