This book was more complex than I expected. I came to it thinking it's be a lighthearted romance and it became a tale of found family with time travel and fighting evil. What a good time!
The only reason why it's not a 5 star for me is that some times some ridiculous things happened just to serve the plot with not a lot of explanations (like the meadow scene)

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It reminded me of Practical Magic, women living in the house together, magic happening around them. The romance was okay. The narrator did excellent voices for the two main characters.

I'm not sure I'll continue with the series, maybe in audio book form.
