I didn't give this a rating because I don't know how I should rate this... In terms of writing style, it's nothing special - straightforward, simple, easy to follow, but not too plain. In terms of content, it's heartwarming. I hesitate to give it a high rating because I don't find it significant to me personally, but to give it an average to low rating seems too critical of me when it comes to books with uplifting messages as this one. But who cares about my rating system haha. Anywho, I found this an enjoyable read, and I appreciate the fact that the relaxation and meditation tips were specific and detailed. They were very helpful for me as I could never do meditation because I could rarely relax! I'd love to try those tricks some day when I'm in the mood for some mind cleansing. Now that I'm thinking about it, the step-by-step guide to relaxation and meditation is probably the most memorable part of the book for me!
