I think this may be my fave of the series! Lexi started working at the Mystic Falls Inn as a cleaner when she was 15 to help care for herself and younger brother (Josh, MMC last book) when their mother died and father checked out, and has worked her way up to Manager now at age 33. She feels lonely and stuck but just keeps going until Liam James (26 year old sexually fluid musician-yay a queer MC!) is stranded in her town and they spend time together. I liked their "small town girl vs big time musician, she's older, lives are different" dynamic and the fat rep was there as usual from this author. Also, Bridget the witch plays a part again.

Sweet romcom. Pop star romance with a curvy love interest. Lots of fun, a bit over wrought but a nice read
