I really loved the plot on this one and, yes, I cried at the end!!
I have read the full Girl with the Dragon Tatoo series, and this was my least favorite. I thought David Lagercrantz did a fine job with #4, but this one was not as satisfying.
Interesting but not as tight at the first three novels by the original author. Canon remains intact
These are such entertaining books. I am amazed by how well David Lagercranz picked up the story after the very sad death of Stieg Larsson. As unbelievable at Lisbeth Salander's character is, I adore her. I hope there are more....
Nope. Not like previous books, which I loved. Although I was happy to be along side of Lisbeth again, this one fell flat.
This is my least favourite entry in this series. It tries to be something very contemporary by constantly mentioning the rise of populism, fascism, racism, and the culture of lies and fake news that we live in but the story fails to really connect on a meaningful level with any of those concepts. I also feel like there’s very little of Lisbeth Salander here. She’s almost a secondary character.

Faster, easier to read the the earlier in rhe series. I almost think they found a better translator.
