I think it is funny that not only did she write herself into the story, so also did a clap back on the readers’ comments about The Locker Room. LOL!

This book was somewhat more annoying. I didn’t like the characters. Every time they had a fight they broke up. I really like the coach though.
This was my first book by Meghan Quinn and I loved every moment of it. I absolutely loved the characters, Holt is swoony, caring and you can’t help but love him even with his caveman like qualities, Harmony is feisty and knows what she wants. I couldn’t stop laughing during this book and I loved the banter and the off the charts chemistry between Holt and Harmony. I enjoyed the side characters and Priya, Harmony’s best friend was my favorite. I was able to listen to an advance copy of this book and the narration by Connor Crais and Mackenzie Cartwright brought so much more to the story. Can’t recommend this book enough.
This book was awesome! Definitely one of my top favs for this whole series.
But this might be one of my favorite MQ heroes. And Holt is definitely in my top 3 all time book boyfriends. He is sweet, cocky and confident all while being completely honest. It's the most interesting combination of things. He is a dirty talker too, which I enjoy and he said some of the arrogant things but you still love it. Harmony is the perfect counterpart for him. She wants nothing to do with him but due to his persistence, she starts to come around. What starts off as a hate thing turns into this endearing love story. This story takes a direction that I did not see coming and who doesn't like a twist. :)

If you looked up the word persistent in the dictionary, you would see Holt Green!
The next story in this series is Holt and Harmony! Originally a short story in an anthology, Ms. Quinn has added more and made this story even better.
I loved the fierce independence of Harmony, and sometimes I wanted to shake her and tell her to swallow her pride!! I could understand her need for self-preservation but sometimes when you find your soul mate, you need to take the leap!
I also loved the endless amount of optimism that Holt had! He knew what he wanted and he persisted until he got it. In a swoony, confident swagger he strutted into Harmony's world and made her see him for the person he truly was. Not the stereotypical athletic jock, but a true romantic at heart.
Now that's not to say that these characters had a perfect romance, they had some major speed bumps along the way. With a flair for the angst, Ms. Quinn brings the reader along the winding roads of Holt and Harmony's relationship. Their love is strong and sometimes that's what matters.
I loved seeing the baseball loft crew again! Who doesn't love this whole team of characters!
With her signature blend of heart, heat and hilarity, Ms. Quinn knocks another one out of the park with this story!

This book was sold to me as an unexpected pregnancy and it is not really that. The trope is sort of there but we don't even get to find out about the pregnancy with the characters- it's an after thought in the last 30% of the book. This frustrates me because I know not everyone is in for the pregnancy trope but I love that. I also really liked these characters but it did veer toward instalove for me.
I loved being back at Brentwood! I loved that Holt & Harmony had their shit together (for the most part) and there wasn’t a huge years long gap between when they met and when they got together. It was great from start to finish, they loved, they grew together and individually and became the best team
