Book gave me the ick. MMC stared out gross, became sweet, then really got the ick when the pregnancy was announced. Should've DNF'd at that point, the remainder of the book was uncomfortable and immature.
A fun, easy read. I adored Holt from the start. Super lovable and sweet. It wasn’t my favorite in the series but a solid 4⭐️

These Brentwood boys own me!! Holt is sweet and cocky (in a good way). His love in devotion to Harmony takes my breath away. Harmony is is such a great character. The way she shifts her mind set and lets down her walls is unparalleled. Watching these two care for each other made my heart so happy.

The plot is so interesting, their romance can swipe one of their feet easily. Their connection and chemistry is off the charts amazing and hot. I could read about them for hours on end.
The moment I finished this book I remained speechless by how great it was! I can't recommend this book enough.

Oh how I've waited for Holt's book for so long! I was enamored with him from The Dugout and his novella in the Team Player Anthology. Let me just say this author didn't disappoint anywhere in this book.
I'm not sure how I would describe Holt Green other than I would like to keep him please?! I was captivated by Harmony and Holt's dynamic from the novella (Team Player 2 Anthology). As I've gone through this series of drool worthy baseball men, it was great to circle back towards the beginning guys.
Harmony has an opinion of Holt way before they ever say a word to each other. But Holt being the amazing person he is wears her DOWN, lol. I could feel the emotions coming off of the page. Holt is so open and honest, Harmony is genuine and real. Together they make you wish you could swap places.
I can honestly say I would love to keep Holt, just for myself okay?! He's not my favorite of these Brentwood ball players.
