This book was amazing. Trauma bonding, discovering one self, healing, helping others heal through friendships and relationships... I can't put it to words! I loved this book very much!

This book was so haunting, on so many levels. Broken people finding their souls, out off their bodies. Sometimes in the darkest places, we find our brightest lights.
I had a hard time finishing this book because I just didn't want to finish and know the pain and heartache would end, ironically. This book is dark and gritty and might not be for everyone, at this point in their lives but when you're ready, what a read.
That was beautiful depressing and haunting...I loved every page and devoured this so quickly. It will surely tear our your heartstrings. I wasn't expecting that ending at all and damn i really want more. This book was more than I imagined because so many feelings and emotions that were written within the pages were so relatable and hit close to my heart. Loved this <3

For me, this read like four angsty teenagers at sleep-away camp, not four grown adults in their mid-to-late twenties at a mental institution. There was very little emotional connection. It was instant feelings with nearly zero backbone. Then suddenly there was a crazy murderer in a corn field and a house fire.
The book was rushed and didn’t have enough substance for that ending to make sense, or for there to be any real emotional impact.

I cried so much towards the end I honestly was not expecting that, I am truly heartbroken I was literally sobbing. The way each character’s mental illness was written was so beautiful and tragic, the whole story was just perfect, the way 3 broke souls cured each other and how the whole story unfolded ahh i don’t think I’ll ever stop thinking about this book about to go buy a hard copy of this that’s how much I love it
This is one of the most amazing books I have read. Seeing that flicker of hope brighten in Wynn was amazing and the way that one way or another they were same and that’s what created their amazing friendship and bond. I will definitely re read this boo(:
