This book was nothing but glorification for self harm and mental illness. The story line, characters and mystery elements all fell really flat.

The Fabric of our Souls is thin and worn. We must be gentle and love tirelessly.”

Fabric of Our Souls is a dark romance thriller that completely consumed me—I devoured it in less than 24 hours. It blends dark humor, a haunting atmosphere, found family, and intense romance in a way that feels seamless and unforgettable.

What really sets this book apart is how it handles mental health. It doesn’t touch the subject lightly—it’s raw, honest, and at times, painfully real. Those themes aren’t just background—they’re woven deep into the characters and plot, adding emotional weight and authenticity.

The thriller aspect kept me on edge, the romance was perfectly dark and intense, and the found family element brought so much heart & heartbreak.

If you’re drawn to stories that go deep—emotionally, psychologically, and romantically—Fabric of Our Souls is one you won’t want to miss.

I really enjoyed this book. I knew it had a somewhat sad ending but I wasn't sure what would happen. I really liked Lanston but am so glad that Liam didn't die. He has my heart and I wanted him to have his happy ending with Wynn. Lanston also deserved a happy ending and I'm sad that his wasn't able to be with Wynn. His last declaration was so sweet and I adore him for it. This book was very dark at times but I did really enjoy it. The murder mystery aspect and the found family. Liam is such a broken boy and I really felt for him. Wynn and Lanston also made my heart hurt. I wanted this to be a why choose butttt it didn't turn out that way.

honestly, i had better expectation...what a cheap stunt with our emotions...too intense but yet doesn't sway you at all. none of the characters had any depth whatsoever...i feel disappointed truly...

honestlyyyyy i did enjoy it
the beginning was very very questionable but i kept going and im glad I did
was it perfect? no butttttt i did fall in love with the characters
unpopular opinion (i think): i enjoyed the ending and how they wrapped it up - i don’t think it needed to be 300 pages longer. Imo!
I loved Lanston
I liked Liam
And I didn’t even get too mad at Wynn cause you would do it too for a check
