This is one of those books where if screwing siblings or cheating is a no go for you, you are not going to enjoy it. Neither of those are no can do's for me so I finished the book this weekend and really liked it.
Alice and Ethan are both likeable characters, though Alice can be seen as weak and pleasing to an unpleasant extreme throughout most of the book. I have to admit as someone who usually is on the side of the female, I have nothing bad to say about Ethan (beyond the possible DUI - which I felt was extreme considering his background) This book hits all my angst points and the betrayed sister (Monica) I really also liked as well. All the secondary characters are flushed out an likeable, well except Jonah the ex. I like this author's writing style and look forward to reading more of her books in the future.

Review from ARC.
“And he knew it would end, even if his words left room for hope. He found me, he loved me, and he would lose me, and we both knew it.”
Dancing with Sin is a poetic tale of falling in love with the person who was meant for you, but at the wrong time. In Ethan Black’s words: “Make it so I met you first.”
Alexandria Lee brings each character to life so brilliantly; her words, a spell she casts on each page. I felt every heart flutter, every wave of nausea and every tear that Alice shed.
The ‘home-wrecker’ is usually a character that you cannot love or sympathise with, but when she created Alice Monroe, I felt nothing but compassion and admiration for her. ‘Home-wrecker’ is the last word you would use to describe her.
Alice is perfectly flawed and endearing. You want to wrap her in bubble wrap so she doesn't suffer any of the heartache she has to endure by watching the man she loves with her own sister. Love isn’t a choice.
As for Ethan Black, I am a happily married woman and even I grew slightly jealous of the love he had for Alice; so pure and mesmerising. Which made this story even more heartbreaking. Watching two people fall in love when it was the last thing they should be doing.
I want to forget I read this book only so I can read it again for the first time and fall in love with each word and emotion all over again.
If you were to pick one book to read, make it the right one, make it Dancing with Sin.

As an older sister, I’m offended that the older sister never gets picked!! Anyway, cheating remains hot only in fictional worlds
The characters weren’t interesting enough to make up for the cheating romance 😭

“You probably don’t even remember this but when your father and I used to take you and your sister there, you would daydream out loud in the car ride there and back about how one day, you’d take your own family to the lake. You said how you couldn’t wait to show your favorite spot in the world to the love of your life. You’ve always been a romantic, darling.”
She hadn’t said it yet, but I could feel where the weight of this conversation was going. I could feel it in the air as it shifted around me like the wind, twirling the pieces of my broken heart around like they were nothing but fallen, dead leaves.
“I’d never taken anyone to that spot before,” Ethan said, piecing the pieces together himself. Then, his eyes dropped to mine and the howling wind came to a stop, shreds of my heart scattering around my feet.
“And then there was you.”
Me. A girl from New York who grew up creating ballets to Disney movie soundtracks and broke her ankle at age eight. A girl who hated peas and cried at sad dog commercials. A girl who ran away from everything that hurt her, holding the broken pieces of her heart in her hands when she arrived in town.
And then there was Ethan Black. He saw me—really saw me—and he took those pieces and crafted a mural out of them. His compassion blended the colors, his inability to recognize boundaries molded the shape of it back together while his tender, romantic soul was meant to put the finishing touches in place.
