I quite enjoyed this - it was a welcome, quick and entertaining read. I appreciated the characters and moral dilemmas presented and the world building wasn’t too significant to make me lose interest. Curious to read the rest of the series!

I enjoyed the book from the beginning as a casual read. As I got about half way through, I couldn’t put it down. Shusterman does a great job building a universe. He constantly adds depth to earlier parts of the story that had me “ooh”ing and “ah”ing with a few “oh snap!”s

A gripping page turner! I loved the constant questioning of morality, how you’re never quite sure whose perspective you should be taking on this world, if any. So many parallels with our society are explored here. And I reckon if they ever get round to that film adaptation, it could certainly give Conclave a run for its money…

Estoy entre un 3.5 y 4.
La evolución de Rowan y sobretodo de Citra a sido de lo que mas me ha gustado, siento que al libro le sobran páginas en un punto sentí que la trama no avanzaba pero ya pasando esa parte todo empieza a fluir.
Y me quedé picada así que lo más probable es que lea los siguientes libros para ver en qué termina todo esto.
