I started this book this morning and finished it on the bus home in the same day. I was hooked and glad I kept on reading.
It’s crazy to think that behind closed doors anything can happen and not all is what it seems.
I’m looking forward to reading more of B.A Paris in the future.

I LOVED this book! A true could not put down. I dived straight in and didn't stop until the last page was read.
I tend to like more sick and twisted books, different to the rest, ones that leave you a little stunned and shocked and this was right up my alley! If you read You by Caroline Kepnes you'll love this book and vice versa. One of the best books I've read to date.

Incredibly unbelievable and so many times I wanted to slap the main character for making a dumb decision! Some of the dialogue was also quite cringey. However, I was still unable to put it down. It didn’t drag out so it kept me engaged. Of the thrillers I’ve read so far, this ranks low. Also trigger warning for animal cruelty!!!!!!!!

I listened to the audio of this one. And it was fantastic. The disbelief of being caught in this impossible reality. The despair of realizing that you’ve doomed the one person you love more than yourself to this torturous fate. The resolution of deciding what you will have to do.and tte terror of going through with it. Gahhh. Absolutely amazing journey. Highly recommend.

Jack and Grace appear perfect on the surface, but quickly unravels into something chilling and disturbing. The pacing is fast, the characters are well-developed, and the suspense builds steadily.
Audiobook. Girl marries Mr.TooGoodToBeTrue and he is absolutely diabolical. Can she level with him? Honestly this book was so good, I gasped, cringed and felt genuinely uncomfy — it was a wild ride and I loved it.
W. O. W. I LOVE routing for a woman to kill a man. Incredibleeee. Jack is a SICK freak. Ate this up so quick.
This book was okay until it ended. Although a bit slow in places, it kept my attention, but the ending fell short. I just finished it, and I'm sitting here thinking, really, that's how the author is going to play this. It just kind of fizzled, almost like it wasn't finished.
(4.5) This was wildly farfetched but I enjoyed it a lot? A book hasn’t had me on the edge of my seat like this in quite some time. My one minor criticism is that the timelines were a bit hard to keep track of as “Past” became “Present”, but that didn’t stop me from devouring this audiobook in 3 days.
