I liked this book more than I expected to. I picked it as a palate cleanser after blowing through all of ZA and it was exactly that. Super sweet, a quick read, and had all the familiar Cinderella aspects I looked for. I liked Franco and enjoyed a softer male love interest that didn’t spend the entire book seeking power.
Also, the author says this series can be read in any order but I highly recommend reading them as published. I read this one first and felt as though there were minor spoilers into Gemma and Elliott’s story.

The fighting started off okay and then rapidly deteriorated into “Legolas by Laura” level stuff.

THIS BOOK WAS SO FUN!!! Some moments had me literally screaming!!! The romance between Franco and Ember was adorable and I’m definitely going to consider reading more books from this series!!
