Read with Mikey; Fudge was a fun character, although there was some stuff about the older kids he really didn't get.

I loved Judy Blume growing up! I enjoyed this story about Fudge Hatcher and his brother Peter. These are timeless books even now.
Fudge is back and being his usual exuberant child. I would say many of us know or have known a child just like Fudge at some point in their life. I cannot wait to read these books to my granddaughter and to share them with her.

Another great read aloud with the kids. Peter and Fudge and their friends and family bring to life a world that shows a full range of emotions that my children long to know more about.
This was the latest audiobook that I listened to in the car with the kids. It was fine, but the earlier books in the series were better. The kids got a kick out of it and want to go on with the series.
The fourth novel in Blume’s Fudge series. It’s summer time so the Hatcher family take a trip up to Maine with non-other than the Tubman’s. Peter Hatcher and Sheila Tubman are enemies who have to share a house, and nothing goes right for poor Peter. On top of that his five-year-old brother Fudge plans to marry Sheila. This novel is filled with funny plotlines with surprise plotlines that really take the readers for a loop. It was very relatable with characters that anyone with siblings can understand. The novel was very fast paced and feels like one of those novels that a reader can always go back to. As much as it’s written for kids, it’s still very enjoyable to read at any age, with laugh out loud moments. Overall, it’s a welcomed addition to the series that brings Fudge to life.
