Such a cute graphic novel about being true to yourself!
adventurous hopeful medium-paced

I loved this so much, and I found myself tearing up at Christine and Moon's friendship story. The art is perfect, and I'm looking forward to sharing this with the middle readers in my life.

This was a cute book about being different. Sometimes it is great and other times it is very lonely.

Super cute! Love the story!

i love this graphic novel!! OMG, this has so many everyday life lessons, things we should know and learn even since we're young and I think everybody should read this, regardless of age! (though, would recommend to those young readers, looking for a fast read, maybe comics with heartwarming storytelling, great character development, and AWESOME ART!!

also, thank you for implementing so many culturally (did i say that right) asian thingz that makes this book so much more relatable and modern so children these days can also learn new stuff <3

this does exactly what it needs to do. and it’s so pretty. it trusts its kid-readers to be intelligent, observant, thoughtful, deeply feeling without writing over their heads or beyond their maturity. layers of meaning to unpack about identity and specifically the dynamic of being inside or outside (or outside looking in or inside but doing it the wrong way) of a given group. really excellent.
