Where was the tension? Having the characters have spicy moments in chapter 1 was an interesting choose.
This book was very spicy. If you want smut, this is the book for you. Sadly, it wasn’t my favourite. I like a bit of a slow burn, and this was not that.
Age gap romances are just not my cup of tea. How Theo was willing to sacrifice his relationship with his son just for Avery was wild for me.

I absolutely could not put this down. I started this this afternoon and didn’t move from my couch until I was done reading. SO good. A forbidden romance, a longtime crush… I just loved it. I was just constantly waiting for something to go wrong, but like in a good way lol.

Q.B. Tyler is the queen of writing taboo romances. And this one? This one is my favorite. The story is well paced, the characters are fully developed, and the dialog is so smooth you feel like you’re watching a good movie. Q.B. Tylyer knows how to handle texting within a book. Sometimes authors don’t know how to incorporate texting, and it can come off stilted but not in this case. Iit added so much to the story being able to have these characters communicate through different means so well. 5/5 stars, 4/ 5 spice. The spice, don’t even get me started on the spice. It’s steamy, whew.

QB has her name for a reason. She is the queen of spice!! When it starts at 6% you just know how this will go. This book didn’t disappoint was fun quick read.
